Lemon oil can remove many harmful microorganisms, and it is known in aromatherapy due to its beneficial effect on mental health –lemon smell improves your mood and concentration.
Ingredients:
- 5 drops of lemon oil
- Water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Method of preparation:
Boil 7.5 ml of water and then wait it to cool down to the point of evaporation, but make sure its temperature to be acceptable (inhaling too hot steam can be really dangerous!).
In the water add 5 drops of lemon oil 1 tablespoon of sea salt, cover your head with a towel and slowly breathe in this aromatic steam three times a day.
After the inhalation, you have to be in a warm room for at least 30 minutes.
