Some spices are a real natural cure for the human body. That’s why some spice combos are more than just good for us, therefore improving our overall health and immunity.
Here is a mix for a drink which improves immunity, aid in battle against cold and flu, cleanses the body from toxins and parasites etc.
Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon of ginger
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of clove
- A pinch of cardamom
- A pinch of turmeric
- ½ cup of milk
- Little bit of honey
- One and a half cup of water
How to prepare:
Mix all the ingredients (spices) from above and pour the warm water over them. After the mixture starts boiling cook for 5 more minutes. Then give it a good stir and add half a cup of warm milk.
Note: Consume unstrained and you can drink as much as you want.
